Meet the speaker

Matt Nelson

Matt Nelson is the founder of Peachtree Rose Marketing and Podcast Studio San Antonio, a San Antonio marketing agency and video podcast studio. Before founding the agency, he spent nearly two decades in federal service: as a U.S. Army human intelligence interrogator and then nine years with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations Behavioral Threat Assessment Cell.

Since April 2026, Matt has used Claude Code to build his agency's own operating stack: a website platform, a CRM, lead generation, quoting, content and media-logistics tools. That stack now covers 36 active projects and cut the agency's software-as-a-service spend by about 81% in five months. He talks about it the way he runs it: openly, with the receipts, and with a human in the loop.
